Cape Town Trip

Itinerary

Day 1
Fly from OR Tambo to Cape Town OR Fly directly from US to Cape Town International Airport.
Late lunch at Wine Farm with wine tasting.
Check-in at accommodation.

Day 2
Sight Seeing trip that includes markets, lunch and drinks by the sea, shopping at V&A Waterfront.

OR Yachting OR visit to Robben Island (both these options are at additional costs)

Day 3
Trip to Cape of Good Hope – Visit the southern tip of the Cape Peninsula with dramatic views, lighthouse, Chapman’s Peak and penguins.

Day 4
Table mountain cable car OR Wine Tasting

Day 5
Fly to JHB OR Tambo

Activities available:

  • Table Mountain – enjoy panoramic view via hiking or cable car.
  • Cape of Good Hope
  • Robben Island – a guided tour of the island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned.
  • Hop on Hop Off City Tour bus
  • Dinner on a traveling bus
  • Wine tasting experiences
  • Safari Game drives
  • Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens – includes a Tree Canopy Walkway
  • Cultural and Historical Tours
  • Outdoor Adventure activities such as surfing
  • Paragliding – tandem flights from Signal Hill or Lion’s Head offer stunning views.
  • Yachting and catamarans

Please remember the following:

  1. Flights from OR Tambo will be early in the morning.  We will overnight at Guest House in Johannesburg the night before.
  2. The Hotel booking is also subject to availability.
  3. The weather in June in Cape Town can be cold and wet. Activities are subject to the weather and availability. More activities can be indoor at that time and outdoor activities can be limited depending on the day.
  4. But we will make sure that you experience Cape Town and surrounding towns to the fullest.
  5. Most of the tours and cable cars up to Table mountain will take the whole day.
  6. Catamaran and boat cruises for an hour or so, is also an option for sunset but again depending on the weather.

  • Overnight at Guest House close to OR Tambo (depending on flights and time of departure and/or arrival)
  • Transfer to and from OR Tambo included.
  • Luxury accommodation for the duration of the Cape Town trip
